Shipping policy

All commercial e-commerce orders are subject to a 2-5 business day processing time before shipping. Labels may be generated before the 5 day limit, but are not subject to be marked as shipped until the 5th business day. Carrier delays are not subject to our limits and any packages that are not delivered by the projected date provided at checkout, it is recommended to contact the supplier who is handling your delivery. Once an order is marked as shipped, Juno Ceres rescinds all responsibility for delivery commitments. 

In the event that your package arrives damaged or is assumed to be lost after contacting the shipping handler, please send us a message so that we can investigate your case and determine the best resolution.
